According to the company’s filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Christensen informed PodcastOne of his decision on October 26, 2026. He is leaving the company to pursue another professional opportunity.

PodcastOne confirmed that Christensen’s resignation was not connected to any disagreement or dispute with the company. The company has initiated a search for a qualified successor to take over his responsibilities.

Christensen joined PodcastOne as Interim Chief Financial Officer in May 2026. He brought more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, corporate accounting, capital markets and financial reporting. His professional background includes senior finance positions across several industries and extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions.
