Use it effectively this way:
- State the Resolution: Clearly indicate the title of the resolution, date of the meeting, and the person who introduced and seconded the motion.
- Choose Voting Method: Indicate whether the vote was done live, online, or asynchronously through the Dess platform.
- Record the Outcome: Mark the number of votes in favor, against, and abstained — and indicate whether the motion passed or failed.
- Add Remarks if Needed: Optionally add significant discussion points, reasons, or reference documents for future reference.
