Bata India Limited has appointed Sachin Arora as Head – Industrials, effective November 3, 2026.

Bata India Limited has appointed Sachin Arora as Head – Industrials, effective November 3, 2026. He brings more than 17 years of experience in sales leadership, business development and channel management across the industrial and safety solutions sectors.

Before joining Bata India, Arora worked with leading organisations including PIP Global Safety, Honeywell and 3M India. During his career, he has gained experience in driving business growth, expanding market presence and developing strategic partnerships.

In his new role, Arora will lead the Industrials function at Bata India, bringing his industry experience and expertise in sales and business development to the business.

Arora holds a BTech degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) in Marketing from NIBM Global, Pune.
