Aarti Drugs Reshuffles Board, Appoints Adhish Patil as Managing Director

 Aarti Drugs Limited has approved a series of changes to its Board of Directors, including the appointment of Adhish Prakash Patil as Managing Director and Nilesh Bhalchandra Patil as Whole-time Director, along with several reappointments to the Board.

Aarti Drugs Limited has approved a series of changes to its Board of Directors as part of its 2026 board and governance exercise. The changes include the appointment of Adhish Prakash Patil as Managing Director and Nilesh Bhalchandra Patil as Whole-time Director.

The company has also recorded the cessation of Uday Moreshwar Patil as Whole-time Director. Alongside the new appointments, Harshit Manilal Savla has been reappointed as Joint Managing Director, while Harit Pragji Shah has been reappointed as Whole-time Director.

Independent Directors Hasmukh Bhavanji Dedhia, Sandeep Madhusudan Joshi and Ajit Eledath Venugopalan have also been reappointed to the Board.

Adhish P. Patil has been associated with Aarti Drugs in senior management and has served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, with responsibilities spanning finance and operations. Harshit M. Savla serves as Joint Managing Director, while Harit P. Shah serves as an Executive Director.

The reappointed Independent Directors bring experience across finance, business and governance. The latest changes mark a transition in Aarti Drugs’ board and management structure while retaining continuity through the reappointment of senior executive and Independent Directors.
