Tungsten West Appoints Katherine Callaghan as Non-Executive Director
Katherine Callaghan has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee at Tungsten West with immediate effect.
Tungsten West PLC, a Devon, England-based mining development company, has appointed Katherine Callaghan as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of its Remuneration Committee with immediate effect.
Callaghan brings extensive board, governance and leadership experience across the engineering, manufacturing, aerospace and defence sectors. She currently serves as a Non-Executive Director and Remuneration Committee Chair at High Value Manufacturing Catapult and RLC Aerospace. She previously held the same position at AIM-listed Epwin Group PLC.
Earlier in her career, Callaghan held senior human resources roles at Rotork PLC and Dyson. Her experience includes organisational transformation, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning and executive recruitment.
Tungsten West Non-Executive Chair Stephen Harrison said Callaghan brings a different set of skills to the company and will add further depth to the Board’s experience. He also noted that her appointment comes at an important stage in the company’s development.
