HDB Financial Services Ltd. Appoints Vinod Koyande as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and Designates Him as Key Managerial Personnel, Effective October 31, 2026

HDB Financial Services Ltd. has appointed Vinod Koyande as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer and designated him as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective October 31, 2026. Koyande brings over 15 years of professional experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, capital markets, board advisory and secretarial functions across leading listed organisations.

Koyande is currently associated with HDB Financial Services as Deputy Company Secretary. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) and contributed to strengthening its post-listing governance and regulatory compliance framework.

Before his current role, Koyande served as Company Secretary at SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. for over five years. He was responsible for corporate governance, board and committee affairs and regulatory compliance. He has also held key positions at BSE Ltd. and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Ltd., gaining experience across the financial services and capital markets sectors.

Koyande holds a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Laws degree from K.C. College of Law. He also holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from K.J. Somaiya College of Arts and Commerce, where he graduated with first-class honours.

In addition, he is a qualified Company Secretary, having completed the professional programme through the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).

His appointment brings extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and secretarial affairs to HDB Financial Services’ leadership team as he assumes responsibility for the company’s secretarial and compliance functions.
