BF Utilities Ltd. Appoints Ajay Charuchandra Kirtane as Non-Executive Independent Director for a Five-Year Term from September 7, 2026, to September 6, 2031

BF Utilities Ltd. has appointed Ajay Charuchandra Kirtane as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five consecutive years, effective September 7, 2026, through September 6, 2031. Kirtane’s appointment is not subject to retirement by rotation.

Kirtane is a qualified Cost and Works Accountant with more than 34 years of professional experience in financial management, debt syndication, mergers and acquisitions, private equity and related areas. His extensive background spans corporate finance and consultancy across multiple industries.

He is the founder and an Associate Member of Shah & Kirtane, a management consultancy firm from which he retired effective March 31, 2025. During his association with the firm, he was involved in various corporate and commercial consultancy projects across sectors including engineering, infrastructure, real estate and auto components.

Kirtane’s experience in financial management, strategic transactions and cross-industry consultancy brings a broad range of expertise to his role on the BF Utilities board. His appointment adds an experienced professional to the company’s board as it continues to oversee its business and strategic priorities.
