The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. has appointed Jerome Rouquet as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective December 1, 2026. Rouquet will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Mark Stewart and join the company’s senior leadership team. The appointment comes as the Akron, Ohio-based tyre manufacturer continues its efforts to strengthen financial discipline and improve operational performance.

Rouquet currently serves as CFO of Visteon Corporation, where he oversees the company’s global financial operations. He joined Visteon in 2020 and has led financial management across its international business.

Before joining Visteon, Rouquet held senior finance leadership positions at Tenneco and Federal-Mogul. His responsibilities at Federal-Mogul included serving as CFO, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller, providing him with extensive experience in financial strategy, accounting and corporate finance.

Goodyear CEO Mark Stewart welcomed Rouquet to the leadership team, highlighting his financial expertise and experience in improving business performance and managing organisational transformation. The company expects his leadership to support its long-term strategy, operational improvements and efforts to create shareholder value.

Rouquet brings expertise in financial strategy, operational performance, investor relations and public-company finance. His appointment is part of Goodyear’s broader focus on strengthening financial management and supporting its business transformation initiatives.

Rouquet holds a master’s degree in Business and Management from Institut Supérieur de Gestion in Paris, France. He also completed the International Business Management Program at the Manhattan Institute of Management in New York.

Scott Deakin, who has been serving as interim CFO, will continue in the position until Rouquet joins the company and will assist with the leadership transition.
