Henry Schein Inc. has appointed Emmanuel Caprais as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective November 4, 2026. Caprais will join the Henry Schein Leadership Team and report to Chief Executive Officer Frederick M. Lowery. To support a structured transition, he will initially join the company as Senior Financial Advisor from October 12, 2026.

Caprais succeeds Ronald N. South, who has served as Senior Vice President and CFO and will transition into a senior advisory role effective November 4 after 18 years with Henry Schein. The company said South will continue to support the business during the leadership transition.

Caprais brings more than 25 years of global experience across finance, operations, strategy, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations. Most recently, he served as CFO of ITT Inc. from 2020 until May 2026, where he led financial and capital allocation strategy and supported the company’s growth initiatives. During his tenure at ITT, he also led Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations and served as segment CFO for two operating businesses.

Before joining ITT, Caprais held finance leadership positions at Magneti Marelli, now MARELLI, as well as finance roles with increasing responsibility at Valeo across North America and Europe. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and an undergraduate business degree from ESC Pau in France.

Henry Schein also expects to add two positions to its Leadership Team, including a Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer and a technology leadership role covering AI implementation, data and broader technology requirements.
