IIFL Finance Redesignates R. Venkataraman as Non Executive Non Independent Director

The leadership change takes effect from October 15, 2026, subject to shareholder approval, as Venkataraman transitions from his role as Joint Managing Director.

IIFL Finance Limited has announced the redesignation of R. Venkataraman from Joint Managing Director to Non Executive Non Independent Director, effective October 15, 2026. The decision is subject to approval by the company’s shareholders. Following this change, Venkataraman will no longer serve as Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of IIFL Finance.

A seasoned financial services professional with more than 28 years of industry experience, Venkataraman has played a significant role in shaping IIFL’s growth into a diversified financial services group. He has also served as Chairman of IIFL Securities Limited. Before becoming the Co Promoter and Managing Director of IIFL Holdings Limited, now known as IIFL Finance, he held important positions at ICICI Limite
