Independent Director Ramakrishnan Subramanian Retires From IIFL Finance’s Board

Ramakrishnan Subramanian has completed his tenure as an Independent Director of IIFL Finance Limited and consequently ceased to hold the position, effective September 5, 2026.

Subramanian began his career in 1988 and has more than three decades of experience across insurance, housing finance, and asset management. He previously served as General Manager at LIC Housing Finance Ltd. before becoming Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (MD & CEO) of LIC Mutual Fund.

He currently serves as a Non-Executive Independent Director of Navi AMC Limited. Earlier, he also served as Vice Principal at a Zonal Training Centre and was a member of the Board of the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).

Subramanian holds a B.Com (Hons.) degree from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management. He is a Fellow of the Insurance Institute of India and also holds a Diploma in Health Insurance.
