Kotak Mahindra Bank Names Anu Aggarwal President of the Wholesale Banking Group and Senior Management Personnel, Effective October 24, 2026

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has appointed Anu Aggarwal as President of its Wholesale Banking Group and designated her as Senior Management Personnel, effective October 24, 2026. Aggarwal brings over 25 years of experience in managing large corporate clients and has been associated with the bank for more than 19 years.

Aggarwal currently serves as Head of Corporate and Transaction Banking within the Wholesale Banking Group, a position she has held since August 2025. She is also a member of the bank’s Key Leadership Team and has played a significant role in building its corporate banking franchise.

During her tenure at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Aggarwal has led corporate client groups covering conglomerates, multinational corporations, new-age companies and other large businesses. In her previous roles, she oversaw lending, transaction banking, foreign exchange, debt capital markets (DCM), equity capital markets (ECM) and advisory services for corporate clients across India.

Before joining Kotak Mahindra Bank, Aggarwal worked with Citibank’s Global Corporate and Investment Banking team for over a decade. Her experience across corporate banking, transaction services and investment banking has given her extensive exposure to the financial needs of large businesses and corporate clients.

Aggarwal holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Commerce and Economics from Punjab University and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies (JBIMS), Mumbai.

Her appointment strengthens the leadership of Kotak Mahindra Bank’s Wholesale Banking Group, with her extensive corporate banking experience supporting the bank’s engagement with large businesses across India.
