Nipun Kaushal Redesignated As Chief Strategy & Marketing Officer Of YES Bank

YES Bank has redesignated Nipun Kaushal as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, effective August 24, 2026, with additional responsibility for driving the bank’s strategy function.

Nipun Kaushal, currently Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Head of CSR, and Senior Management Personnel (SMP) at YES Bank, has been redesignated as Chief Strategy and Marketing Officer, effective August 24, 2026. In his expanded role, he will also oversee the bank-level strategy function.

Kaushal brings experience across marketing, digital strategy, financial services, and insurance. Before joining YES Bank, he served as Chief Marketing Officer at PNB MetLife India Insurance Co. Ltd. from 2018 to 2022. Earlier, he was Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing at Tata Mutual Fund and Head of Marketing Communication and Products at Star Union Dai-ichi Life Insurance.

His career also includes roles at ICICI Prudential Asset Management and Citi Financial Consumer Finance. Kaushal holds an MBA in Marketing from IIM Delhi and a Sloan MSc in Strategy, Innovation & Leadership from London Business School, where he was a Fellow.
