Nitin Prasad has ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director of Cyient Limited following the completion of his term on September 21, 2026.

Nitin Prasad has ceased to be a Non-Executive Independent Director of Cyient Limited following the completion of his term on September 21, 2026.

Prasad brings more than two decades of experience across business leadership, strategy and operations. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Scoutsi. Prior to founding Scoutsi, he spent more than 19 years with Shell, where he served as Chairman of Shell Companies in India from 2016 to 2024.

During his tenure at Shell, Prasad also served as Managing Director, Lubricants for India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. Earlier in his career, he held regional roles across Asia Pacific and the Middle East covering supply, logistics, petrochemicals, sales, marketing, strategy and management consulting.

Prasad holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
