Siemens Energy India Appoints Ajay Jain as Execution Unit Head – Transformers

Siemens Energy India has appointed Ajay Jain as Execution Unit Head – Grid Technologies – Transformers, effective October 5, 2026.

Siemens Energy India Limited has appointed Ajay Jain as Execution Unit Head – Grid Technologies – Transformers with effect from October 5, 2026.

Jain brings more than 30 years of experience in manufacturing, business operations and P&L leadership in the Power Transformers industry. Before joining Siemens Energy India, he served as Vice President – Transformer Business at CG Power and Industrial Solutions, where he led a multi-plant Transformers business with full P&L responsibility.

Jain has also held senior leadership positions at Hitachi Energy India and GE T&D India. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Power Systems from Punjabi University, Patiala.

Following Jain’s appointment, Ganesh Nadgouda ceased to serve as Interim Execution Unit Head – Grid Technologies – Transformers and Senior Management Personnel with effect from October 4, 2026. Nadgouda will continue with Siemens Energy India as General Manager – Plant Operations for Grid Technologies – Transformers.
