SRF Appoints Jyothsana Vasudevan as President and CHRO

SRF Limited has appointed Jyothsana Vasudevan as President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel, effective October 5, 2026.

SRF Limited has appointed Jyothsana Vasudevan as President and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Management Personnel with effect from October 5, 2026. The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors.

Vasudevan, 47, brings more than 24 years of experience in human resources across renewable energy, manufacturing, technology, supply chain, shared services and consumer durables. Before joining SRF, she served as Senior Vice President and Head of HR at Avaada Manufacturing.

Her professional experience includes HR strategy, operating model redesign, people and process governance and organisational transformation. Her broad HR expertise is expected to support SRF’s people strategy and organisational priorities.

Vasudevan holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from Indraprastha University, Delhi, where she received a Gold Medal. She is also a co-author of a whitepaper on Women at Workplace that received recognition under the UN Gender Compact awards.
