Vestis Appoints Russell Tiejema as Chief Financial Officer
Vestis Corporation has appointed Russell Tiejema as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 28, 2026. He succeeds Adam K. Bowen, who has served as Interim CFO since December 2025.
Vestis Corporation (NYSE: VSTS), a provider of uniforms and workplace supplies, has appointed Russell Tiejema as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective September 28, 2026. Tiejema succeeds Adam K. Bowen, who has served as Interim Chief Financial Officer since December 16, 2025. Bowen will remain with the company through the end of October to support the transition.
Tiejema brings extensive experience in operational finance, capital allocation, enterprise transformation and corporate development. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of US LBM, a distributor of specialty building materials in the United States.
Prior to US LBM, Tiejema spent nearly nine years as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Masonite International, where he led the global finance organisation through a period of significant growth. His responsibilities included financial planning and analysis, treasury, tax, investor relations, internal audit, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and enterprise strategy.
Earlier in his career, Tiejema spent more than four years at Lennox International, where he held several finance leadership roles, including Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Lennox Residential. He began his career at General Motors and spent more than 20 years in various leadership roles across financial planning and analysis, investor relations and operational finance.
Tiejema holds an MBA in Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Kettering University.
