Allcargo Global Appoints Essa Al Saleh and Ravi Jakhar to Board

Allcargo Global Limited has appointed Essa Al Saleh as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Ravi Jakhar as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, effective October 1, 2026.

Allcargo Global Limited has announced two appointments to its Board of Directors, with Essa Al Saleh joining as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director and Ravi Jakhar as an Additional Non-Executive Non-Independent Director, both effective October 1, 2026.

Al Saleh has been appointed for a three-year term. He is a global CEO and Board Director with more than 28 years of experience in the logistics and business sectors. As CEO of Agility Global Integrated Logistics, he led the company’s expansion from a single-country operation into a global logistics business with operations across more than 100 countries. He also previously served as CEO of Volta Trucks.

Jakhar, who serves as Group Chief Financial Officer and Director – Strategy at Allcargo Group, will join the Board as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. He brings more than two decades of leadership experience and has been associated with the Group in key finance and strategy roles.

Jakhar holds a B.Tech from IIT BHU and has also completed an entrepreneurship programme at Harvard Business School. His appointment adds further finance and strategic leadership experience to the Allcargo Global Board.
